Our Booking Process Explained
Booking process:
Before any booking can be made we need a valid referral be sent to us via email, fax or in person. This referral needs to be received first as it needs to be triaged first by our specialists and ensures you are able to claim your rebates.
In some cases you may need a consultation first prior to any procedure going ahead to ensure it is the most appropriate pathway for your care needs.
Our friendly administration team will contact you as soon as your referral has been triaged.
If you have not heard from us after a week of receiving your referral. Please contact us via info@wgendo.com.au or 03 5623 0868 as we may not have received it.
If you have an upcoming procedure booked in, please ensure your Pre Admission form is completed and returned ASAP as it is essential in your appointment going ahead.
